Environmental change is the single biggest health threat confronting mankind, and health experts overall are now answering the health hurts brought about caused by this unfolding crisis.

1. As the seasons change, many suffer. Be aware of eating and drinking habits while going out. Thin, cotton, pale or white colored clothes should be worn when going outside. Spicy, very hot, oily foods should be avoided. Exercise should be done by walking barefoot on the lawn in the morning or swimming under the shade of trees in the evening.

2. In your busy timetable, you need to set aside at least an hour for exercise. Regular exercise boosts your immunity. Walking for 40 minutes and doing yoga for 20 minutes daily is essential for physical and mental health.

3. Sleeping on time, waking up on time and eating on time is the key to good health to keep the body clock under wraps. Any type of addiction (alcohol, tobacco) is harmful to health.

4. Maintain a balance of 30 percent protein, 30 percent fat and 40 percent carbohydrates in the diet. In the event that milk, eggs, fish, cheese, fruits are included in the diet, the immunity increases.

5. Cultivating a hobby in life helps in maintaining good mental health. Being aware of social responsibility and adding positive thoughts to it helps to make life happy and keep health intact.

6. Drink enough glasses of water throughout the day to prevent dehydration.

7. Eat food that is easy to digest.

8. Avoiding foods like spices, spinach, garlic, beetroot will reduce the problem of acidity.
