To increase brain power

The brain is a wonderful organ. The brain is ready to work more efficiently when we are thinking about doing something. Of course, the power of the brain decreases with age, so dementia, Parkinson’s and other diseases can occur in old age. Nowadays our brain is weakened due to dependence on phones. So we can’t do things like remembering phone numbers and the like.

Asana

■ Yoga is a scientifically important part of improving the body and its functions.

Sarvangasana : This asana nourishes the brain
By normalising the thyroid gland, between the pineal and hypothalamic ganglia, helps improve blood circulation.

Paschimottanasana: Strengthens the spine and helps calm the mind. This asana is useful for reducing Insomnia, high blood pressure, fatigue, headache

■ Holding the ear and stroking the chair can also improve brain function.

Pranayama

■ Breathing through the left nostril activates the right brain and breath. Breathing from the right activates the left side of the brain.

■ Anulom Vilom is one such pranayama, which helps balance both. It also helps to improve brain function.

■ Bhramari Pranayama helps improve memory and concentration. Naturally, it also boosts confidence

Looking at everyone’s trend towards junk food, the body begins to lack nutrients. Due to this reason physical and mental development is affected. Problems such as obesity and diseases appear. Today everyone needs a diet that will improve brain health. These are some foods to boost memory, which will keep the brain healthy.

Eggs:

Rich in protein, eggs are a rich source not only for health, but also for brain development. Eggs are rich in a nutrient called choline, which promotes brain development. Eggs can be consumed in different recipes. It is also good to consume boiled egg, raw egg in milk, salad, omelette, half-fry or adding egg slices in sandwich.

Turmeric:

Rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, turmeric is one of the best foods for improving mental strength in children. Curcumin, a substance found in turmeric, strengthens the brain to fight certain conditions like inflammation and Alzheimer’s. Due to which the brain develops at a faster rate and the intellect becomes brilliant.

Green Vegetables:

Vegetables, whether small or big, are mouth-watering. But green leafy vegetables are rich in vitamins. Vegetables are found to be essential for brain development. Therefore, more vegetables should be included in the diet. Apart from the brain, green vegetables are also beneficial for other parts of the body.

Milk :

Milk is said to be a complete food. Milk is rich in calcium, which is beneficial for physical and mental development. Drinking milk strengthens bones and brain development of children. So one glass of milk should be consumed every day.

Yogurt:

Yogurt is also a great option for those who don’t like milk. Yogurt contains more calcium than milk and also improves digestion. Yogurt is a good source of B vitamins and protein. It is possible to improve brain activity and development.
