Diet time table

If possible, we should have night meal before eight o’clock. Therefore, various problems like digestion, weight gain, increase in stomach circumference will be avoided. Sleep two to three hours after night meal. Avoid rolling, watching mobile-TV, sitting work during this period. Instead of Shatapavali, household chores, planning the next day’s work, preparing it, walking to buy vegetables or other things should also be done. By helping to digest what is eaten, fat will not accumulate on the body.

How should the dinner plate be?

Chapatti, bhakri, rice or khichdi, usal, varan or dal should be a portion of carbohydrates. Eat less of grains i.e. chapati, bread, rice, pulao, biryani; Because it provides energy and is not used at night, digestion does not take place properly.

A portion of protein

Pulses, bran, pulses, soybeans, chicken, fish, eggs, curry are also difficult to digest. If suffering from acidity issue, should prefer mung bean.

One portion of vegetables

Prefer vegetarian food at night. Eat seasonal vegetables.

A portion of salad

Cucumber, carrot, radish, beet, broccoli, lettuce should be in the salad. If there is nothing at all, if there is tomato in the house, it should be taken in the diet while eating.

Dinner food

It is a very common problem to not sleep if you eat early in the night. For this drink a glass of milk while sleeping. If there is a problem with acidity, they should take 100 to 150 ml of cold cow’s milk. In a glass of milk, add turmeric, pepper powder and almond seeds for digestion.

Taking a mixture of turmeric and pepper every day increases the immune system. Problems like cold, cough, phlegm stay away. Almond seeds are rich in calcium, iron, protein, folic acid, and most importantly, soluble fiber, which aids in digestion. Milk takes eight hours to digest; Milk also makes you sleep better. Drink cow’s and dairy-free milk half an hour before going to bed.

Dieters eat only soup or salad for dinner. The body needs all nutrients like energy, water, proteins, vitamins, minerals. Eating only soups and salads will provide vitamins and minerals; But protein will not be available.

If you eat 30 hours before going to bed, eat as mentioned above. Due to shift duty or uncertain working hours, early lunch is not possible. They should eat healthy heavy snacks in the evening if there is absolutely no choice. That is pulses bhel, chickpeas, vegetable chickpeas, boiled moong or gram, khakra, boiled egg and a fruit with it. Carbohydrate foods like chapati, bread, rice, sugar, sweets, fruits, curd, buttermilk should be avoided at night.

Avoid eating fruits after dinner. Raw foods are hard to digest. The need for fiber in dinner is met from salad. Energy is derived from the sugar in fruits. It does not cost the night. Eating fruits in the gap between two meals makes you feel refreshed and energetic.
