Be positive in life

Some people have the ability to be happy anywhere, while others have the ability to remain unhappy wherever they are. The ceiling above your head will be decorated with a beautiful chandelier. It may have hundreds of lamps, but if only one lamp is not working, most of us will notice the lamp that is off instead of appreciating the chandelier. Maintaining a positive and balanced state of mind is our first and foremost duty. Life certainly has ups and downs; Experiencing ups and downs right from childhood. As children, we often fall, get up, fall, fall, and get up again while learning to walk. We get hurt, but don’t give up and don’t stop trying. Because we want to walk, run and enjoy the freedom of it all.
According to the above example, we too will fall at some point in life, i.e. we should learn to get up again when bad times come. And we can do many things in life easily if we learn to control the mind by thinking positively and practice it frequently. Practice (tapa, effort) is considered important in yoga. One has to practice until something becomes second nature.
Make a list of five things that are most important in life. And try not to repeat anything in the list. After a few weeks, realize that you have a lot to be thankful for. The glass will definitely look half full instead of half empty.
We spend our lives on the run. But stop, slow down a bit, settle somewhere. Take a deep breath. When your breath slows down, the world slows down. In this slow moment, when life almost stands still, you will see the divinity in everything and everyone. In this state of mind, it becomes easier to stay positive and balanced.
Always keep balance. To do this, you have to see positivity around, you have to appreciate life. It is not so easy to be positive all the time. Because you can’t be positive if something doesn’t go the way you planned. To stay positive you have to see the divinity around you. Divinity should be seen in everything. You will be positive when you realize that all the things you take for granted are miracles.
