Hastapadasana

■ Stand with both feet together. Place both hands by the side of the body.

■ Exhale as you bring your hands down to touch your toes. Keep your knees straight and try to touch your head to your knees.
■ Stay in the sitting position for as long as possible with proper breathing. Slowly return to the original position.

Dhanurvakrasana

■ Lie on your stomach with your arms at your sides.
■ Bend the knees and grasp the ankles.
■ While inhaling lift the head upwards and at the same time draw the legs arching the spine keeping both the legs together.
■ Hold the posture for as long as possible with slow breathing. Release the posture slowly.

Trikonasana

■ Stand up straight with feet together and arms by the side of the body.
■ Inhaling raise both arms to shoulder level.
■ Bend forward from the waist while keeping the eyes fixed on one point and exhaling, keeping the spine and legs straight.
■ Grasp your toes with straight arms. Continue breathing slowly.
■ Stay in a sitting position for a while. Release the posture slowly.
